Locating Appointments

There are several ways to locate an appointment or series of appointments. The method you use depends on the information available.

To locate a single appointment

• If you know the name of a client but are unsure of the appointment day and time, use Client Quick Find.
• If you know the date and time of the appointment, use the Appointment Book.
• You can also locate appointments using Confirmation Manager or the Convobar.

To search for Standing Appointments or Standing Blocks

You can locate a Standing Appointment or Standing Block using the Appointment Book, or search for it using the Standing Appointments or Standing Blocks search forms.
