Viewing Membership Benefits and History

To get to Membership Manager, type mm into the Convobar, or go to Meevo > Membership > Membership Manager.

To view membership benefits

  1. Locate the client in Membership Manager.
  2. Select the Benefits tab.
  3. If necessary, Select a membership to view. The client's Active membership appears by default.
  4. This screen displays the following benefit information:
  • Accrued Service Sharing
  • Freeze Settings
  • Enrollment Fee Includes
  • Recurring Fee Includes
  • Overall Discount Options
  • Specific Discount Overrides

To view membership history

  1. Locate the client in Membership Manager.
  2. Select the History tab.
  3. Select a membership to view from the drop-down. The client's Active membership appears by default.
  4. The table lists all audited action items related to this membership, including:
  • Any changes to the membership, including changes to auto-enroll, enrollment date, payment day, etc.
  • Freezing or unfreezing a membership
  • Changing or updating payment method
  • Changing status of any payment
