Client Selection Export FAQs
What is the Client Selection Export?
The Client Selection Export generates a .csv file that contains a list of clients who match predefined criteria. For example, you can generate a list of all clients who have a birthday coming up this month, and then use that export file to market specifically to those clients.
What information is in the export (.csv) file?
The .csv file contains information for each client that is obtained from the client's Meevo profile:
- Numeric Identifier
- Prefix
- Client First Name
- Client Middle Name
- Client Last Name
- Address 1
- Address 2
- City
- State
- Zip Code
- HomePhoneNumber
- MobilePhoneNumber
- ApptNotifOptInState (indicates if the phone number can be used for notifications)
- UseForTextMarketing
- WorkPhoneNumber
- WorkPhoneExtension
- PrimaryPhone Type
- Email Address
- EmailDeliveryStatus (Deliverable, undeliverable, or marked as spam)
- EmailCommOptedInState
- IsMarketingEmailEnabled

- IsMember (determines if the client has an active membership at the time the export is run)
- ReferralType (the Referred By field in a client profile)
- ReferralTypeDisplayName (when ReferralType is Referral, this is the name of the referral)
- ReferralFirstName & ReferralLastName (when ReferralType is employee, client, student, or teacher, this is the persons first and last name)
What is the next step after exporting to a .csv file?
Once you have the exported list, the .csv file can be provided to your business's marketing service (such as our offering, Email Marketing).
How do I export my clients based on their Sales Rankings?
To export a list of clients based on their purchases, see the Sales Rankings feature. There, you can view rankings of clients purchases right down to a specific product or service / Service Category, and much more.
