The MeevoXchange is where your business can upgrade or downgrade your Meevo subscription and notification text message plan, browse and purchase business booster options, manage other third-party integrations, and purchase hardware, all from within Meevo.
How do I change the details of my Meevo Plan?
From the the Manage Subscription Wizard, you can change your Meevo Base Plan, your allotment of text messages and Email Marketing contacts, and your Support & Maintenance plan. You should allow 24 hours for Meevo Subscription changes to take effect, but in most cases your updates will be reflected in the MeevoXchange much sooner than that.
Regardless of how many changes you are making to your plan, you can submit updates through the Manage Subscription Wizard only once per billing cycle. If you need to make additional changes to your plan in a billing cycle, please contact Support. Changes to your subscription do not change the current month's billing; the new billing amounts simply take effect on the next billing cycle.
How long after I process a change will it be reflected in Meevo?
You should allow 24 hours for Meevo Plan Subscription updates to be reflected in the MeevoXchange, but in most cases changes will appear much sooner than that.
Purchases (Business Boosters and Integrations) from the MeevoXchange will be available in Meevo within 20 minutes of processing. Each user will need to log out and log back into Meevo to see the booster or integration after it's been processed.
Tip: After confirming your purchase in the MeevoXchange, check back in the MeevoXchange every 5 minutes or so and select the Business Boosters or Integrations tile. If your order is still processing, an "order in progress" message will appear. If no message appears, the order is complete, and you can log out and log back into Meevo to see the new module.
