Using the Goals Dashboard
To get to Goals Dashboard, type goalsdashboard into the Convobar, or go to Meevo > Goals > Goals Dashboard.
Note: Be aware that if you have departments set up, it is unlikely that your Goals sales data will match sales data on most reports. This is because Goals always look at sales within the department, whereas reports like the MA200 look at sales across all departments.
The Goals Dashboard is where you can view employee and Department goals and progress. When you select an individual employee on that screen, you can compare the employee's progress with the Department's goals. If departments are not set up, or if a specific employee does not belong to a department, you can still view individual employee goals and actuals here.
- In the Goals Dashboard, from the Select Date Range and Select Year drop-downs, select the time range of the goals you want to view.
Note: For data to appear in the This Week, Last Week, and Today date ranges, the employee's Work Activity must be enabled to Include in Productivity Calculations.
- See the sections below for comparisons and actions you can take on this screen.
To compare employee actuals with Department goals
- Specific Employee: Select an employee who belongs to a department. The employee's assigned Department automatically appears in that field. You can change the Department from the drop-down if the employee belongs to more than one.
When a Specific Employee and Department are selected as they are here, you are viewing the employee's actuals against the Department's goals. If the employee does not belong to a department, you can still view that employee's goals and actuals on this screen.
- View: Select Data only or Charts to toggle how the data is presented. Charts rounds data to the nearest whole number, while Data only displays the unrounded total.
To compare Department actuals with Department goals
- Do not select a Specific Employee.
- Select a Department.
- View: Select Data only or Charts to toggle how the data is presented.
Amounts that are below the target goal appear in red, while amounts that meet or exceed the target goal appear in green.
To print from the Goals Dashboard
- In the Goals Dashboard, select your filters (if any) and select which View you want to print. Then, select Print.
- In the pop-up window, select which goals you'd like to print and select OK.
- Meevo generates a PDF of the selected filters and view and opens a print preview in your default printing application.
