Custom Branding

Custom Branding allows you to change the look and feel of Meevo's client-facing sites: Walk-in Online Wait List, Online Booking, eGift, and 5-Star Ratings web pages. Plus, some elements of Custom Branding can modify email notifications (Docs & Forms, Self Pay, appointment notifications, etc.) and the web pages that clients are brought to after clicking certain links (like the Reset Password link).

Custom Branding impacts your client-facing sites in different ways, so be sure to review the individual topic for details on how Custom Branding impacts these sites and notifications:

To get to Custom Branding, type brand into the Convobar, or go to Meevo > Management > Custom Branding.

To upload a logo (Cover Design and Page Design tabs)

Upload a logo from the Business Name section of either the Cover Design or Page Design tabs. Make sure Display Logo is selected, not Display Business Name.

  1. Select the No Image Available placeholder or the existing image you will replace. Alternatively, select Upload file if it appears on the form.

  1. There are two ways to select a file in the File Upload window:
  • Select Select File. Browse to the image and select Open. The image appears in the preview box to the right.
  • Locate the file on your system and drag and drop it into the DROP IMAGE HERE  box on the right.
  1. In the preview box, you can drag, expand, or condense the highlight circle until the image is captured perfectly. The circle on the left is the preview of how the final image will appear in the profile.
  2. Select Submit.
  1. When finished, select Save.

To display your business name (Cover Design and Page Design tabs)

These steps are performed in the Business Name section of either the Cover Design or Page Design tabs.

Note: The business name or logo in the Page Design tab also controls the name/logo that appears on client-facing notification "destination" web pages (the pages clients arrive at after an action), such as "appointment confirmed" or "unable to confirm."

  1. Select Display Business Name. Enter the business name as you want it to appear in client-facing screens. If nothing is entered here, Meevo will use your store name as it appears in your MSI account records.
  2. Use the color picker and font style controls to customize the look and feel of your business name.
  3. When finished, select Save.
