Adding a Missed Opportunity

What is a Missed Opportunity?  

A missed opportunity is a metric for tracking why an appointment could not be booked. Logged missed opportunities can be used to analyze the revenue lost as a result of non-bookings. Also note:

To add a missed opportunity

  1. In the Appointment Book, select Menu (shown below) to reveal the drop-down.

  1. From the menu, select Missed Opportunity.
  2. Complete the information in the form. Note that the available Reasons are provided by Meevo 2 and cannot be changed.
  3. Enter any Notes, if desired. Missed Opportunities can be reported on in the AQ210: Missed Opportunities report.
  4. When finished, select Save.
